We invite you to participate in a Discovery Flight to ensure that flying aligns with your interests. Following this experience, you will need to a medical certificate from an Aviation Medical Examiner. Once these steps are completed, we can begin your journey.
To get started you will need to get a headset, logbook, Ipad, and the app Foreflight. Everything else you'll need we offer in a kit for $280.
The head set you choose is up to you but it must have Dual GA Plugs. We recommend that you get a David Clark headset.
The timeline is contingent upon your schedule. We expect the process to take approximately six months.
Independent study is encouraged, but it will not substitute for the in-depth instruction provided during the course. We need to ensure that all material is logged, confirmed, and you will be fully prepared for the check ride. Your success is our priority, and we want to make sure you have all the necessary skills and knowledge.
